Ed Rich - Principal
Ed has eight years real estate experience managing properties
throughout Greenwich Village. He left Wall Street after ten years as a trader
in the financial markets and having held management
positions in Information Technology for five years. Ed has an MBA in Finance from New
York University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of
Connecticut. |

Chris Renak
Christopher Renak has served 21 years in the
information technology field, providing Praxair and Pepsico solutions that
both significantly increased productivity and reduced cost. His
experience ranges from managing implementation of an 8 million dollar
distribution system to building international data management systems.
Chris has a BA in Management Information Systems from Pace University. |

John has 21 years
experience in the Communications business working for companies such as NBC and
United Media. His background includes people and data management in print media, television, radio and Internet broadcasting.
John holds a BA in Mass Communications from Western Connecticut State
University. |
